From the Gridiron to the Battlefield and Back
Sergeant Reginald M. Graham Jr
My journey began at Michigan State, where I played college football as a Defensive End. The discipline and teamwork I learned on the field prepared me for the next chapter of my life: seven years of dedicated military service. During my time in the military, I honed my leadership skills and developed a deep sense of duty and resilience. Today, I bring these experiences to my role as a college football linebackers coach at Reinhardt University, where I strive to mentor and develop the next generation of athletes.
“Discipline, perserverance, and resilience are the pillars of success.”

What I Learned from the Military
When times are tough, we must remember why we are there.
We must be resilient even in the most challenging times.
Never tell yourself you can’t do something because you might start believing it.
Look to your left and your right these are your brothers and sisters.
Make sure you are taking care of yourself because no one knows you better than you.
